What you need: 250 gr green beans, 2 tbs olive oil , pinch of salt and pepper , 150 gr parmiggiano cheese,1 carrot, 20 gr marjoram and rosemary . How to make it : in a pan with water boil the beans chopped finely with the carrot for 10 minutes, cool down , with a blender mix the veggies, adjust with oil, pepper and salt . Cook again for 6 minutes to reach the density you like. Final touch with marjoram and cheese . Serve hot .
