Pear Jam

Ingredients :  400 gr pears , 200 gr  sugar , one lemon , 20 gr cinnamon .

How to make it :  in a pan with low flame put the pears previously chopped finely and de-seed, let cook it  for 20 minutes . Add some water if you see  is becoming too thick .  Add the sugar , keep cooking , stearing the fruit for 10 minutes more . Eventually add some water , depending on how  thick you want it .  Turn down the flame , add the squizeed juice lemon . Let cool it down .  Garnish with cinnamon at the end .
