Bok Choy salad

What you need: 200 gr of bok choy,   pinch of salt and pepper ,  20 gr marjoram, 20 gr basil, half lemon , n. 3 tbsp of olive

How to make it : Start by trimming the bok choy stem off – don’t trim too much – just the end. Cutting the thick stem off will ensure that the bok choy cooks evenly. Separate out the bok choy leaves and rinse under running water.  Put it in a pan with oil salt and pepper , cook for 10-15 minutes , keep it crunchy , spread with listed  spices and the lemon juice . Serve hot .
