Grilled peppers with rice

How to make it :   Serve 3 people.   Time required  45 minutes . 3 peppers , 300 gr  of boiled rice , pinch salt and pepper,  5 leaves of mint , 30 gr pine nuts,  20 gr raisin,  pinch of basel, marjoram ,  n. 1 tomato, 30 gr creamy cheese , 3 tsp of oil . Cook the  rice in a boiling water for 20 minutes , cut in 2 parts the peppers , remove seeds . In a big bowl add rice , creamy cheese, tomato cubed, and all the ingredients , adjust with salt and pepper . Put in oven at 150 degree for 35 minutes .  Enjoying with a glass of white wine 🙂
