Omelette with Mushrooms

What you need:  3 eggs,  2 tbs olive oil , pinch of salt and pepper , 150 gr  mushrooms, 20 gr  rosemary,   half lemon, half onion . How to make it : in a pan with oil brown brow the chopped onion,  add the mushrooms and cook for 7 minutes , add salt and pepper .  Breaks the eggs in a bowl and adjust with salt . Add  the eggs to mushrooms , cook for 5 minutes each side .  Serve in a plate with rosemary and squeeze the lemon on top.
