Couscous with eggplants

What you need:  2 eggl plants,  2 tbs olive oil , pinch of salt and pepper , 150 gr  couscous , 20 gr marjoram , 20 gr saffron . How to make it : in a pan with oil brown the eggplants cubed ,  add salt  and pepper for 10 minutes .  Steering and add water.  Add couscous and cook for other 10 minutes, add necessary quantity of water .  Final touch with saffron and marjoram . Serve warm.
