Tomatoes sauce with meat – condiment for pasta , easy version of ragu’ 30 minutes

What you need:  250 gr of veal raw meat,  3 tbs ,  olive oil , pinch of salt and pepper , half glass of white wine ,  1 glove garlic, half onion ,   20 g marjoram and thyme. 100 gr of fresh tomatoes.  How to make it : in a pan with oil brown the onion and the garlic, add salt . Add the meat , keep cooking for 15 minutes (cover with a lid , it will make it faster) . Add peppers and half glass of wine, keep steering and cooking for other 10 minutes . Add  the tomatoes (chopped in cubes) . Cook for other 10/15 minutes . Final touch with herbs .  Delicious sauce for any kind of pasta.
