Time required : 20 minutes
250 gr rice
200 tomatoes sauces
2 eggs
salt , pepper and oil
Boil the rice for 15 minutes in hot water, take it out
Warm a tomatoes sauce for 10 min
Fry in 2 eggs in a pan with 2 teaspoons of oil
In a plate add the rice , the eggs and on top the tomatoes sauce
Adjust with a pinch of salt and pepper , exquisite and ready in 20 minutes
