25o gr of artichokes , half  lemon , oil , salt and  pepper, 1 glove of  garlic

Peel the artichokes , remove all external leaves , cut  them as middle moon

grill the  artichokes on hot a pan for 10 minutes , twist double sides couple of times

put the grilled vegetable in a jar and garnish them with oil pinch of pepper and salt

cut in cubes the garlic add to artichokes ,  squeeze juice of lemon on top as final touch

delicious with cheese and meat
