Rice with clams and peppers

HOW TO MAKE IT :   Serve 4 people , 35 minutes .  What you need : 300 gr white rice , 250 gr  clams, 2 tsp  saffron, pinch salt and pepper , 2 red peppers, 2 glass of white whine ,  olive oil, 1 glove garlic, half lemon juice , a pinch of parsley .  Clean the clams leaving them the night before in a big bowl to get rid of all sand. Wash them again in cold water , de-seed the pepper , cube them . In a pan add oil , garlic . Brown the garlic , slowly add the rice ,  add  glass of wine . Keep steering for 5 minutes , add the pepper . Cook for other 10 minutes, add clams  cook for other  5 minutes till they will be opened, add water till rice has reached the right time , keep steering the ingredients, add the lemon juice , saffron adjust with salt and pepper.  Before serving, spread parsley on the rice .
