Rice with lemons

How to make it :   Serve 3 people . 300 gr white rice, 1  onion, half glass of white  wine , 1 lemon,  a pinch of salt and pepper, 2 tbls of oil . Cube the onion,  and brown it with oil. Add the rice, low flame, add the glass of wine. Let  wine evaporate, stir the rice. Add water and stir the rice continuously. Keep cooking the rice for 20 minutes, meanwhile apart cut the lemon, squeeze the juice . Grate the lemon skin.  Once rice is ready , adjust with salt and pepper , add  lemon juice and garnish with grated skin . Delicious for summer , fresh healty
